We offer five uniquely designed ensuite rooms, including 3 one-bedroom suites and 2 junior suites for up to 13 guests. Included are breakfast and 24-hour Refresh Bar. Our Wellness Center with a lux hammam and terrace jacuzzi for private use 2 hours daily will be available May 2025. In addition to individual room rates, our Riad is available for exclusive bookings.
All of our rooms are flooded with natural light through insulated glass doors and windows for minimal sound transfer. We offer prime quality mattresses and a selection of pillows to accommodate your level of comfort. Bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with high-end towels, bathrobes, bath gel, soap bars, body lotion, shower caps, hair dryers and heater.

Our Story
Pilar Avila, Free People Riad owner & general manager, first visited Marrakech in 1996. In 2019, she hosted a Renovad’s wellness experiential retreat in Morocco. When she returned after the pandemic, Pilar was inspired to launch in Morocco the first on-the-ground programs of Renovad GIVE Foundation. In 2023, a collaboration was established with Henna Cafe Cultural Center to present the Foundation’s inaugural VOICE English summer program to youth in the Atlas Mountains. After spending the summer in Morocco, Pilar decided to make Morocco her home and bought the riad that would become Free People Riad & Spa.
