Other information to keep in mind
- Check in time is 3 pm or as soon as your room is ready. Check out is at 11 am. Upon request, we may be able to accommodate a later check out time.
- We will accommodate the number of guests booked in the reservation, not to exceed the maximum occupancy per room, as stated in our website and booking platforms.
- Scheduling for housekeeping, kitchen and services provided by our Concierge can be adjusted as per guests' preference. While the kitchen is not available for guests use, we can designate a staff to cook meals per request.
- We can cater special events with advance reservation and planning.
- We will be delighted to accommodate, per request, well trained and people friendly dogs weighing under 12 kilos.
- Smoking is permitted on the designated smoking area in the terrace level only. Smoking is not allowed on the Courtyard and Mezzanine levels, nor in the bedrooms.
- Our standard of cleanliness is as in the most prestigious 5-star hotels. As such, we highly recommend upon entering your room placing your shoes on the rack and getting into our comfortable slippers.
- We encourage you to pack light and drop off clothes with us to send to the laundry, which is rather affordable, usually at 1 Euro per piece, and returned to you within 24 hours.
